1. Who controls your personal data?
Elite Class EuropeEmail: info@eliteclasseurope.com
We act as the data controller for personal information submitted through this website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
2. Data we process
Depending on your request, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination details, travel dates and times, passenger count, itinerary, selected service, message content, company details, billing details, communication history and technical security information such as IP address and submission time.
3. Why and on what legal basis?
- Enquiries and quotations: steps requested before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering requests.
- Bookings and service delivery: performance of a contract.
- Invoices, accounting and legal records: compliance with legal obligations.
- Security and dispute prevention: our legitimate interests in protecting the website, customers and legal claims.
- Marketing: only with consent where consent is required; it may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Data is shared only when necessary with authorised staff, drivers and transport partners involved in your journey, hosting and IT providers, email providers, payment providers, accountants, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. Providers must receive only the data needed for their role. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, an approved legal safeguard must be used, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last communication. Booking and contractual records are kept for the duration necessary to provide the service and handle possible claims. Accounting and tax documents are retained for the statutory period, which may be up to 10 years. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
6. Your GDPR rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Automated decisions and required information
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Fields marked as required are needed to assess or fulfil your request; without them we may be unable to provide an offer or service.
8. Security and updates
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when our services, providers or legal duties change.
This information is intended to provide transparency about website processing and should be reviewed against the company’s actual providers and internal retention procedures before production launch.
