Terms & Conditions

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to chauffeur transfers, private tours, business transport, event transport and itinerary-planning services ordered from the provider.

2. Requests, quotations and contract

A website submission is a request for information and is not automatically a confirmed booking. A contract is formed only after the provider confirms availability, itinerary, price and material conditions in writing and the customer accepts them or pays an agreed deposit.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in the quotation and may depend on route, duration, waiting time, tolls, parking, accommodation, additional drivers and requested extras. Payment timing, currency, deposit and accepted methods are confirmed with each booking. Statutory taxes are applied where required.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate passenger, contact, pickup, luggage and itinerary information; comply with safety instructions; and promptly report changes. The customer is responsible for passports, visas, travel documents and compliance with border requirements.

5. Changes, waiting time and cancellations

Changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Cancellation and refund conditions must be stated in the booking confirmation because they depend on the journey, reserved capacity and third-party costs. Reasonable additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, extraordinary cleaning or damage caused by passengers.

6. Delays and force majeure

Travel times are estimates. The provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border controls, strikes, official measures or other events outside reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate alternatives.

7. Liability and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss arising from a proven breach. Complaints should be sent promptly to info@eliteclasseurope.com with the booking reference and relevant details.

8. Privacy, law and severability

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Slovak law applies unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Booking-specific cancellation, deposit, insurance and passenger-rights terms should be reviewed by a Slovak legal professional before commercial launch.
